Procedures:

1. Fill out the application form on the side.
2. Attach TWO (2) valid IDs compiled in a document form.
3. Don’t forget to choose ONE (1) program or distributor type. You can choose from the following:
   • DEPOT – initial entry is PHP200,000 worth of assorted products
   • STOCKIST – initial entry is PHP30,000 worth of assorted products
   • RESELLER – initial entry is PHP2,000 worth of assorted products
4. Submit and wait for our representative’s response.
