HOW TO USE
1. After drying your hair, apply Shining Colored Cellowax beginning 3mm from scalp and gently comb thru the hair. 2. Moisten and heat the hair with steamer or heater for 30 minutes or use a shower cap and leave it for an hour. 3. Cool the hair for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly until the water runs clear. 4. Squeeze out excess water. 5. For best results, apply conditioner and blower your hair.
